LimeIQ is introducing the product team behind its platform. The team brings together decades of London Market experience across claims, delegated authority, technology, and client support.

The team works closely with managing agents, delegated claims administrators, and market partners to make LimeIQ simpler to use, more reliable, and better suited to how the Lloyd’s market actually operates.

The Product Team

Ryan Cooper- Director of Product

Ryan brings more than 13 years of London Market experience across claims operations, delegated authority oversight, and operational improvement, including senior roles in the market. At LimeIQ, he focuses on strengthening market workflows, platform usability, and data intelligence across the Lloyd’s market.

George McCarthy- Deputy Director of Product

George brings more than a decade of experience delivering technology solutions across the London Market, spanning product strategy, software delivery, automation, and development team leadership. He was most recently Head of Technology at a London-based technology company and now helps shape LimeIQ’s product strategy and the value we deliver to clients.

Katy Graydon- Product Support & Operations Manager

Katy manages internal and external support requests from investigation through resolution, working closely with the operations, product, engineering, and leadership teams. She identifies recurring issues and process gaps, driving improvements in workflow standardization, automation, reporting, and data quality as LimeIQ continues to grow.

Andrew Cui- Product Support

Andrew supports LimeIQ clients day to day, handling support requests from investigation through resolution and working closely with the operations, product, and engineering teams. A Rice University graduate, he helps document processes, track recurring issues, and improve the platform experience for users.
