Ryan Cooper Joins LimeIQ as Director of Product

London, UK — March 16th, 2026 —LimeIQ has appointed Ryan Cooper as Director of Product, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its data intelligence platform for the Lloyd’s delegated authority market.

Ryan brings more than 13 years of experience in the London insurance market, with a background spanning claims operations, delegated authority oversight, and operational process improvement. In his role at LimeIQ, he will lead product strategy and delivery, working closely with the technology and development teams to ensure the platform continues to evolve in line with the operational needs of the Lloyd’s market.

Prior to joining LimeIQ, Ryan held senior claims and operational roles at Atrium Underwriters and White Oak Underwriting Agency, where he worked extensively across North American portfolios and multiple classes of business. During this time, he supported delegated claims administrators, contributed to audit and compliance initiatives, and helped develop operational frameworks designed to strengthen claims oversight and bordereaux reporting.

Ryan has also been actively involved in several London market initiatives, including Lloyd’s Lab, Digital Minds, and the Lloyd’s Market Association Delegated Authority Claims Groups, giving him direct insight into the operational challenges surrounding delegated authority claims handling and data quality across the market.
