Amborella Group Celebrates 13 Years of Growth, Collaboration, and Innovation
In spring 2026, Amborella Group, including SubroSmart, Amborella Law, and LimeIQ, celebrated its 13th anniversary by bringing together its global team of 80+ professionals from three countries and five offices. The team spent a full day focused on team-building, collaboration, learning, and connection, followed by an evening dinner and reception.
With team members joining from Texas, Arizona, New York, London, Quebec, and British Columbia at Amborella’s Plano, Texas headquarters, the event reflected the breadth and depth of the organization’s growing platform. Amborella Group brings together a uniquely diverse range of experienced professionals across nearly all facets of the insurance industry, including legal, adjusting, broking, underwriting, operations, technology, finance, and other related disciplines. This breadth of experience, combined with proven excellence in the industry, now supports the firm’s representation of more than 150 carriers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Bermuda.
Throughout the day, team members shared insights into their areas of focus, including subrogation management, legal services, data and innovation, operations, and finance. The gathering also explored Amborella Group’s expansion over the past decade and the long-standing commitment of its people, including many who have been with the company for 7+ years, as well as Wendi Wheeler, SubroSmart’s first employee, who joined in 2014.
Today, Amborella Group continues to expand its operations across North America and the United Kingdom, with 45+ employees based at its DFW headquarters, more than ten professionals in its London operations, five subrogation professionals in its Canadian operations in Quebec and British Columbia, and a growing experienced team of attorneys and paraprofessionals at Amborella Law’s offices in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Together, the Amborella Group team is building an unmatched, diverse professional services platform dedicated to driving excellence, innovation, and meaningful change across the insurance industry.
