George McCarthy Joins LimeIQ as Deputy Director of Product

LimeIQ welcomes George McCarthy as its new Deputy Director of Product.

George brings more than a decade of experience delivering technology solutions across the London Market insurance sector, with expertise spanning product strategy, software delivery, client engagement, automation, and the leadership of high-performing development teams.

Throughout his career, George has led products across the full lifecycle, from concept and architecture through to testing, deployment, training, and ongoing client support. His experience includes delivering award-winning insurance technology platforms, managing complex product roadmaps, modernising operational processes, and introducing automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client outcomes.

Most recently, George was Head of Technology at a London based technology company where he was responsible for product strategy, technology delivery, development operations, resource planning, and key client relationships.
